What are your return conditions?

In the event you receive a damaged piece of jewelry or a piece of jewelry with an error, please notify us immediately via E-mail and you will receive either a refund of your purchase (after returning the product) or an exchange. If we receive an incomplete product (diamonds missing from a ring), we, at our discretion, may choose to refund you once the claim with the shipping provider has processed.

Customers are able to return new, unopened items with tag untouched, fulfilled by Empire Jewelry within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that on all non-faulty returned orders and canceled orders of fine jewelry excluding personalized items there is a 20% restocking fee. Personalized & Custom Jewelry sales are **final** as we cannot resell customized/personalized items, such as nameplates.
